  • Customer-provided equipment: Installation starts at $950 for single-zone systems.
  • Need a mini-split? No problem — we’re happy to provide a free estimate that includes both equipment and professional installation.

Technically, yes — anyone with the right tools and know-how can install a mini-split, especially with the DIY kits available today. However, only licensed HVAC contractors can install a unit in a way that preserves the manufacturer’s warranty. Improper installation may void the warranty and reduce efficiency or lifespan.

For a single-zone system, most mini-split installations take 4 to 6 hours when performed by a licensed HVAC technician. Multi-zone or custom installations may take longer.
